He has a great free series on the mimic method (on his website). I haven't played with it much, but I plan to start.

I posted the poll on there a few weeks ago, but only got 9 votes. I set the standard with the CEFR. I'll see if I can try to get more.

Do you know of any standardized Thai language tests? Perhaps those may provide more info too.
